Used as far back as 1953 by Aperture Science, the Repulsion Gel is the company's first attempt at a dietetic pudding substitute.
It is one of three types of Mobility Gels. The Repulsion Gel is a testing element used in the Enrichment Center several decades before Portal, and appears in Portal 2.
